We procure our Abaca Fibers from various Abaca farmers across Mindanao. Upon delivery to our warehouse, the raw Abaca Fiber undergoes a meticulous processing regimen that includes cleaning, cutting, sorting, classifying, and grading, adhering strictly to the Philippine National Standards for Abaca Fiber Grading and Classification. The Fiber Grading and Classification are conducted by licensed classifiers who assign grades ranging from S2 (highest grade) to OT (lowest grade), including S3, I, G, JK, H, M1, Y grades in between. Once graded, the finished products are efficiently baled using a Hydraulic Pressing Machine, with each bale weighing approximately 125 kg, ready for distribution and utilization in various industries. This comprehensive process ensures that our Abaca Fiber maintains exceptional quality and meets industry standards for our valued customers.
